We are taking the following measures to ensure the health of our customers and employees:

•    Customers and employees wear masks; we have masks available 
•    Vehicles are sanitized before and after any service or test drive
•    Partitions are set up at the Service Desks
•    All service customers are greeted outside for check-in
•    We are washing and sanitizing hands frequently, avoiding shaking hands, and maintaining social distancing
•    We have hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available throughout the store
•    We are disinfecting our sales area and our waiting area every two hours regardless of traffic
•    Wiping down door handles, shifters, and steering wheels before returning the car to the customer
•    Service customers have the option to use a sanitized loaner or sit socially distant outside or in our waiting room while their vehicle is being serviced
•    We are instructing any employee who my not be feeling well to stay home

We also have virtual services, which can be scheduled at your convenience:

•    Over the phone and virtual sales process if you are interested in buying a vehicle from the comfort of your own home
•    At home test drive for customers within the Concord, NH area
•    Virtual delivery of vehicle where the Sales Consultant can provide an overview of the vehicle via Facetime, phone, or WhatsApp
•    Vehicle pick up and drop off of for service customers within the Concord, NH area 
•    Car drop off and loaner car pick up outside of the building for service customers
•    Loaner cars available for service customers who do not want to be in the waiting area while their car is being serviced
