Ed, Sheila, & Kaitlyn

In 1994, Ed Reilly and his wife, Sheila, embarked on a journey with Subaru and they never looked back. Their love of the Concord and Seacoast communities, customers, and of course the wonderful group of people with whom they work makes this journey rewarding and fun.

Ed Reilly was born and raised in New Hampshire and spent his entire life in the automobile industry. He started at the age of 16 washing cars, then moved up to sales consultant, General Manager, and finally to starting Ed Reilly Subaru. His experience taught him the importance of superior customer service and building relationships that last. He was an avid New England sports fan and enjoyed listening to his daughter, Kaitlyn, sing jazz standards.

Sheila met Ed in the 1980s when she was Audi Marketing Manager covering the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions and Ed was General Manager of one of her stores in her area of responsibility. On October 31, 1994, the two of them together opened Ed Reilly Subaru.

Their philosophy is to "sell one car at a time." This simply means their focus is on the needs of each individual customer. It indicates an honest desire to make the buying and service experience meet their specific expectations to the highest degree.

Always part of the business behind the scenes, Kaitlyn their daughter, came on board in 2019, continuing the importance of a family-owned small business as the fabric of the community. She brings 10+ years consulting federal agencies and commercial clients on strategic communications, leadership, and change management. She currently assists with marketing and customer experience.

Sheila and Kaitlyn carry on Ed's legacy and love of the automotive industry in their work every day.
